Go to Market Strategy

AccelG2M will engage in-person with your company to assess the current effectiveness of your Go-to-Market team (Sales, Channels, Marketing) and your cloud strategy in order to recommend specific steps for immediate improvement. This includes identifying how the rest of the Company (Product, Support, Engineering) should engage and align with the Go-to-Market team to maximize the Company's growth opportunity. AccelG2M will engage with the team to assesss and improve these areas.

AccelG2M will work with the executive staff to identify the key skills and candidate profiles required on the Go-to-Market team - this includes the top leadership executives and the individual contributors. AccelG2M will take the lead on managing the recruiting process with the best recruiters, interviewing the top candidates, presenting the highest value candidates to the CEO and assisting in the closing process.

Selectively, AccelG2M will assist with the M&A strategy and execution for a client. This assistance will work in close alignment with the CEO and board of directors to:

4) Advise on negotiation strategies and deal closure
